Digital Delivery Policy

Cake Box Store sells digital products only (PDF recipe downloads). We do not ship physical products.

1. Delivery Method

After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered electronically via:

  • an instant download link on the order confirmation page, and/or

  • an order confirmation email containing the download link.

2. Delivery Time

Digital downloads are normally available immediately after checkout.

In rare cases (for example, payment verification delays), it may take up to a few minutes for your download link to appear.

3. Not Receiving Your Download Link?

If you do not receive your download link:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout

  3. Contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible

4. Download Requirements

To access your digital product, you will need:

  • a device (computer/tablet/phone) that supports PDF files

  • a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or a browser PDF viewer)

stable internet access to download the file

5. Digital Content Notice (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, for digital content, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing our digital products, you agree that delivery begins immediately after payment and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once download or access begins.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues such as:

  • corrupted file

  • download link not working

  • file not opening properly

please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will either:
✅ help resolve the issue, or
✅ provide a replacement file, or
✅ issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
