Cake Box Store operates from Luxembourg and sells digital products only (PDF downloads).
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold on Cake Box Store are digital downloads delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased PDF(s) via:

an on-screen download link and/or

an email confirmation containing a download link.
You are responsible for ensuring you enter the correct email address during checkout.
3. EU Digital Content Notice (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, for digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun, provided you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
By purchasing a digital product from Cake Box Store, you agree that:

digital delivery begins immediately after payment; and

you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once download or access begins.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. Because our products are digital, refunds are generally not possible once a download or access has started, except in cases such as duplicate purchases, technical issues, or defective files.
5. Intellectual Property & Personal Use Only
All recipes, PDFs, content, images, and downloads sold on Cake Box Store are protected by copyright.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for personal use only.
You may not:

share, resell, redistribute, upload, or reproduce the file publicly

copy the content for commercial purposes

claim the content as your own

distribute the files for free or as part of bundles without written permission
Violations may result in legal action.
6. Accuracy of Information & Results Disclaimer

7. Account & Guest Checkout
Our store uses guest checkout only, meaning you do not need to create an account to purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information.
